Understanding how to apply knowledge of social problems to our own lives can be sometimes difficult. Our Social Problems course provides a comprehensive view of different issues and explores societal consequences. We explore problems and solutions through several pedagogical means, such as case studies, data collection, and research methods. We take a look at a variety of topics, such as health care, crime, poverty, inequality, population growth, aging, environmental troubles, and world conflicts.
